After getting gas, the Washington Post, and some ice for the cooler, we hit I-95 at 0938.

We crossed into North Carolina @ 1146, and are in Roanoke Rapids having a quick lunch and rest room break.

So far, we have seen license plates from 31 states (and three cars from Ontario).

No one is grumpy yet, and that is a good thing.
