Damned Network Managers!

Once upon a time, I would do a lot of my blogging early in the morning... in the 6 A.M. time frame, because I am usually in my office by 0530. Early, I know, but it really works for me. Anyway, I think that those days are over now. I came into the office this morning to find that my access to Typepad has been blocked by our IT people.

Oh, I suppose it's a good thing... you don't really want people spending too much time blogging and whatnot when they are supposed to be doing other things, but it still irritates me, as my best time for clarity and wit are early in the day, before things get crazy at work and at home. Ah well.

So, if you are reading this at my blog and noting that the time of posting should indicate that I am in the office as I type this, you are correct. I might not be able to go to Typepad, but I can always email a post to my blog, right?

So take that, local IT dude, whose name I won't mention.
