So... my second time working with the immersion blender was for Lee & Potato soup.

The soup was really good (and c'mon, have you ever had awful Leek & Potato soup? I haven't).
In my version of L&P soup, I try to control the richness by using only 1/4 of heavy cream.
I'd talk more about preparation etc... but my shooters are on a break and I have to get back to the range.
